Miyazaki International Festival “World Terrace in 2024”！
On 21 September (Saturday), we are hosting the Miyazaki International Festival: World Terrace 2024 at Miyazaki University!
In addition to an exhibition displaying artworks by our foreign residents on the theme of “Miyazaki”, there’ll be plenty of chances to engage with a range of cultures at our “Friends of the World” area, and a live stage with music and dance from around the world. It’s a great opportunity to connect with the world, and we hope to see you all there!

① “Miyazaki – From the Outside Looking In” Art Exhibition（Featuring artworks by foreign residents of Miyazaki）
※Artworks are on display in the basement of Carino Miyazaki from 4th (Wed) to 18th September (Wed). The prizes for the best works will be voted on by visitors.
② Friends of the World Area
Stalls introducing a variety of countries. A great chance to interact with people from overseas living in Miyazaki!
③Traditional Japanese Culture Experience
Try on a samurai amour and helmet, or take part in a tea ceremony.

Let’s all dance to music from around the world♪

A chance to take a ride in various “working vehicles”, from police cars to cherry pickers.

An interactive display of fire engines, earthquake simulators, and disaster response drones.

Challenge yourself to a mini version of the SASUKE obstacle course!
⑧ Community Forum 1:30pm – 3:30pm
We are hosting a forum with a panel of experts to discuss issues relating to the local community.
