The Japan Meteorological Agency has issued an emergency warning regarding the Nankai Trough Earthquake: “Caution for Megaquake”.
Citizens are asked to prepare for the possible occurrence of a megaquake. Please reconfirm your everyday disaster precautions, including securing furniture, checking your evacuation routes, stocking up on food and water, and ensuring you have means to contact your family in case of an emergency.
