Japanese Speech Contest for Foreign Residents

Topic: “Japan and I”

◇Date & Time: 11/21 (Sat) Student Division :1p.m. onwards Open division:3p.m. onwards

Location: Carino Miyazaki B1F

Eligibility:

1. Foreign Residents living in Miyazaki that are 16 years of age and older.

2. Individuals whose native language is not Japanese.

◇Divisions & Available Spaces: Student division 5pax/ Open division 5pax, 10 participants in total.

Awards: The winners of each division will be presented with a prize and certificate.

Deadline: October 17th (Sat)

*There will be an initial screening in case of multiple applicants.

To Apply:

Return your completed application form, along with the speech draft, to the Miyazaki International Foundation by post, or E-mail (miyainfo@mif.or.jp). The speech can be written in Romaji, and should be three to five minutes long. *Props are not allowed.
