Chinese Meditation Class – Free Online
Thursdays: 8:00-9:30pm and Sundays: 2-3:30pm
In this introductory class (taught on Zoom) we will teach you a unique form of Chinese meditation, called Qi Gong which translates to energy work. Through a powerful form of Chinese Meditation you can improve your overall mental and physical health while also reducing your mental stress.
