Japanese Language Classes (2007.3)
If you struggle with learning Japanese, we recommend joining the Japanese language classes at CARINO Miyazaki in central Miyazaki City. These classes are for beginners who have no past experience learning Japanese. The new term will start on Tuesday, April 17. Interested persons are encouraged to contact us soon.
Japanese Language Lessons for Foreigners
Dates: Tuesday, April 17 - Tuesday, July 10.
Every Tuesday and Friday. 25 classes in total.
＊Except for the public holiday May 4.
Time: 10:10 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Location: CARINO Miyazaki 8F
Fees: 2,835 yen for textbook
Participant Limit: 15 people
To Enroll: Submit the application form by mail, fax, or in person. (Available at the Miyazaki Prefecture International Plaza, local government offices, etc.)

For residents in Miyakonojo area and Nobeoka area
Starting in the new school year, we are planning to offer the same Japanese lessons mentioned above in Miyakonojo and Nobeoka. When the dates and locations have been settled, we will offer information about it on our website (http://www.mif.or.jp)and in magazines serving Miyakonojo and Nobeoka.
Japanese Practice Sessions
In addition to Japanese classes, we offer "Japanese Practice Sessions" with volunteer teachers. The sessions are for anyone who wants to learn Japanese (Level: Beginner-Advanced). They take place year-round, so please come learn with us.
Dates: Every Tuesday and Friday (year-round) Time: 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

＊If you cannot make it at the time and place above, we can introduce Japanese volunteers for private lessons. If you'd like private lessons, please contact us.
＊There are many Japanese study materials at the Miyazaki Prefecture International Plaza, including books, tapes/CDs, and videos, which you can borrow for two weeks free of charge. Please come and check out the resources available at the Plaza.
